Jigs for PVD coating are often provided with various types of threads, surfaces and protrusions which need to be dismantled or masked especially for mechanical removal of coatings. PVDeCoat s.r.o. is able to realize individual decoating process with threads and holes covering, dismantling and subsequent assembling of components according to the wishes and needs of our customers thanks to many years of experience and technical background. We offer dismantling, re-assembling and replacement of various components, sheets and fasteners before and after the decoating process, including the design of various individual types of caps.

It is also necessary to ensure the sliding of contact surfaces, that move relative to each other, in coating processes. In consultation with the customer, we also offer the application of high-temperature-resistant Molykote dry lubricant (MoS2) to the decoated pieces.

We use our own pick-up service or DB Schenker, FedEx and other transport services depending on the quantity and volume of the decoated material.
